Blooms At The Hills always exceeds my expectations when sending flowers. They go out of their way to get the very special pieces they need to fill their orders. Delivery is always on time. The bouquet I sent this time consisted of pale pink roses and white lilies and Blooms did not disappoint. All flowers were of the freshest quality with some just starting to bloom.
